Before your order is collected or dispatched, our team carefully selects and checks your timber to ensure it matches your order and meets our quality standards. As timber is a natural product, variations in grain, colour, texture and character are normal and are part of its natural beauty.

If you prefer to personally inspect your timber before taking it home, we recommend selecting Pickup when placing your order. Once your order has been prepared, we'll send you an SMS advising that it is ready for collection. You can then inspect the timber before loading it into your vehicle.

For delivery orders, our team will select and prepare the timber on your behalf. If you have specific requirements—such as matching colour tones, premium appearance boards, or particular project needs—please let us know when placing your order, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.
