How It Works

1. Choose your preferred gift card value — $50, $100 or $150.

2. Purchase the gift card online through Decking Wood QLD.

3. The gift card is issued to the purchaser or nominated recipient.

4. The recipient can use the gift card towards eligible purchases from Decking Wood QLD.

5. If the purchase exceeds the remaining gift card balance, the difference can be paid using another available payment method.

6. The gift card can be used until the available balance has been fully redeemed or the card expires.

Decking Wood QLD Gift Card Terms & Conditions

• Gift Cards are issued by Decking Wood QLD and may be redeemed towards eligible products purchased from Decking Wood QLD.

• Gift Cards are available in denominations of $50, $100 and $150.

• Gift Cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

• The expiry date will be clearly displayed on the Gift Card.

• Gift Cards may be used for multiple purchases until the available balance has been exhausted, subject to the applicable terms of sale.

• If the total purchase exceeds the remaining Gift Card balance, the outstanding amount may be paid using another accepted payment method.

• Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash or redeemed for cash.

• Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase another Gift Card.

• Gift Cards are not refundable after purchase, except where required by Australian Consumer Law.

• Gift Cards must be treated as cash. Decking Wood QLD is not responsible for lost, stolen or unauthorised use of a Gift Card, except where required by law.

• Gift Cards cannot be resold for commercial purposes without prior approval from Decking Wood QLD.

• No activation, account-keeping or balance enquiry fees will be charged against the value of the Gift Card.

• Gift Cards are subject to Decking Wood QLD's standard terms and conditions of sale.

• Products remain subject to availability at the time of redemption.

• The Gift Card does not guarantee the price or availability of any particular product at the time it is redeemed.

• Delivery charges, where applicable, may be payable separately and are not automatically included in the Gift Card value.

• Gift Cards cannot be used in conjunction with another Gift Card where the transaction or Shopify checkout system does not support multiple gift cards.

• Decking Wood QLD reserves the right to verify Gift Card details before accepting a redemption.

• Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any rights a customer has under the Australian Consumer Law.
